ANYONE VIOLATING A RULE WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM USE OF THE SANDHILLS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, AND WILL BE A TRESPASSER IF ON PREMISES. OPERATING A VEHICLE AND BEING ON THE PREMISES IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS, THERE ARE SHIFTING SANDS AND EXPOSED PIPELINES AND ALL OPERATORS,RIDERS AND OTHER PERSONS ASSUME THE RISK OF BEING ON THE PREMISES
ALL ENTRANCE FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE,IN CASH:
THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITIONS ON THE PROPERTY OF KERMIT SANDHILLS INC.
1. No consumption of alcohol or drugs while operating any vehicle.
2. No pickups, cars, jeeps or other licensed vehicles allowed off parking
area.
3. No littering of trash. all trash shall be immediately placed in trash
container.
4. No possession of fireworks.
5. No firearms.
6. No camping except in designated areas.
7. No fires except in burn barrels, wood fuel only.
8. No child under 13 permitted without adult supervision.
9. No one under the age of 18 without a waiver signed by parent or
guardian.
10. No riding within 25' of the fence.
11. No riding permitted across the highway.
12. No glass bottles or containers allowed no Exceptions
13. No Pets allowed
14. No Riding permited without filling out a waiver and depositing your fees first.
If you are found in violation of any of the above rules, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.
The following must be observed:
a. Helmets must be worn when operating
vehicle.
b. Flags on all vehicles at least (8') in length.
c. All riders
must follow there operating handbook and any restrictions that apply to there
unit.
d. Riders must ride slow within five hundred feet (500') of parking
area.
e. All sandrails must have appropriate harnesses.
f. Quiet time in
camp is at 10:00 p.m., vehicles must idle in and out of camp after 10:00 p.m.
1. Fill out waiver. one person per waiver over the
age of 12. ages 13 and over still require a perents signature but it must be on
a seperate form.
2. Place wrist band on wrist. tear off number strip on
bottom of waiver and place in your vehicle window.
3. Put money and waiver in
the envelope and deposit in the security box. $10.00 per person per day , you may pay for more than
one day at a time. anyone under the age of 12 is free and does not need a
wristband or seperate waiver
4. Please park in a manner that does not block
parking or traffic.
Fee's
$10.00 per day per rider
$5.00 per day for camping
$20.00 per day for electric (reservations
excepted)
